Dear Guests!

Welcome you in our hotel!

Our staff will do our best to make your stay here and rest in our hotel meet all your expectations Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider the following during your stay:

  • You can check-in from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, and please check-out by 11 a.m. on the day of departure
  • Only registered guests can stay in the hotel rooms, please welcome your visitors in the lobby
  • Please respect the peace of the other guests, do not disturb it with loudness. Especially between 10p.m and 06a.m.
  • Please place your bikes or scooters in our inner yard. It is not allowed to bring them up to the rooms or to the corridors.
  • The hotel is non-smoking. In case of smoking you have to pay 100 EUR compensation. Please use the designated area in the inner courtyard of the hotel, or in the areas located 5 meters from the entrance in case of smoking.
  • The restaurant and the common areas can only be visited in appropriate clothing!
  • Ø Food and drink cannot be taken out of the restaurant!Equipment and meals in the restaurant cannot be taken to hotel rooms.
  • It is forbidden to move / remove the equipment of the hotel and the hotel rooms! Pease use the hotel's facilities as intended. In the event of damage, the person who caused the damage or its legal representative is obliged to compensate the damage.
  • The hotel is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract with immediate effect if the guest does not use the room (or other areas and facilities of the hotel) for the intended purpose or does not comply with the hotel's safety regulations and policies
  • An electronic camera system is available in the hotel’s public areas for security and safety purposes.
  • We take responsibility for the values of the hotel guests only if they are placed in a safe in the reception area.
  • Fire and accident prevention regulations are mandatory for all guests!
  • It is forbidden to store flammable, explosive substances in the hotel room or to operate a coffee machine, kettle, iron and other electrical appliances (except electric shaver or toothbrush)brought from home! Please indicate your ironing needs at the reception,
  • Ø Our hotel is pet friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please read and sign our respective rules upon check-in with our four-legged pet guests.
  • Finally, we kindly ask our guests to report any comments they may have about the operation of the hotel, the hotel room or the behavior of other guests at the reception immediately so that we can find a solution to the problem quickly. Subsequent comments cannot be handled effectively.
